Just bad experiences for these last 2 weeks with Fernandez Honda. I got an inspection last week and said there was nothing wrong with the suspension (as shown in the picture) then I got an alignment and paid for it. Came back 5 days, got another alignment due to same thing happening again and said “they fixed it”. Went today because SAME REASON and I told them to check the suspension and found out that there was something wrong with the suspension. Just very poor service from this place. They charged me $100 for the first alignment after missing the error the first ...

My overall experience was great! I for one hate car shopping I did everything online or via text! By the time I went in everything was done I just had to test drive the vehicle and sign papers! Chris Damm was amazing and very friendly…definitely recommend!

Friendly staff. Competitive pricing when you receive discounts by mail. I’ve never had to make a return visit. No quiet place to wait for service. New car showroom was very warm. Service advisor did not keep me updated. Good snacks and coffee. Appreciate the car wash. Was pleased with no additional service recommendations at this visit.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2 in the afternoon and I was told it would be a 2 hour wait because they were running late. I was on my way home at 3:45.

Extremely slow service. I spent almost 3 hours waiting for an oil change and two new tires.
